A five-storey building located in Tansikboyeva mahalla of Almazar district is intended for a youth guzar and a hotel. The aim of the project is to create a modern, cultural and comfortable service center for the mahalla residents.
The building is constructed on a total area of 400 m2, the usable area of use is 1,800 m2. Construction works are planned to be completed in 2025.

Bino devorlari quyma monolit va gazoblokdan tashkil topgan. Qurilishida esa Rossiya va O'zbekistonda ishlab chiqarilgan armaturalaridan foydalanilgan.
Asosiy va kalonna devorlariga 12 dan 36 gacha bo'lgan o'lchamdagi armaturalar ishlatilgan. Xonadonlar korobka holatida topshiriladi. Tashqi eshik va romlari o'rnatiladi. Gaz, suv va elektr hisoblagichlar taqdim qilinadi.
