Our first project

Our first projects started in 2019 from the city of Kokand, Fergana region. River House-a house was built on a total of 4,300 mkv of household space for our people and currently holds 56 families.

The total area of this complex with 10-12 floors, which began construction in yashnabad district, is 10,000 MKV. The complex was commissioned in late 2023.

Our Black Tower complex in Yakkasaroy, which began in 2022, will help you see beautiful views of the city. This complex, which has accumulated 284 apartments, was built on a total area of 1557 mkv. Final finishing is currently underway. In 2024, the houses will be handed over to their owners.
