Our first project

Our first projects started in 2019 from the city of Kokand, Fergana region. River House-a house was built on a total of 4,300 mkv of household space for our people and currently holds 56 families.

For the first time we:

"Better Best", a construction company, began operations in 2019. The company was a project that, despite its young age, began with a long team of experienced people. Therefore, in a short time he was able to gain the trust of many people.

Work on the River House complex also began with intensity in Tashkent. It had a housing area of 4,164.66 m2 and had 51 families. Both complexes began construction in 2019 and were commissioned in 2021.

Nice Villas concentrating happy families

After the successful commissioning of both projects, in 2021 the construction of the Nice Villas complex, which can accommodate 560 apartments in its bosom, was started. The total area of this complex with 10-12 floors, which began construction in yashnabad district, is 10,000 MKV. The complex was commissioned in late 2023.

Our Black Tower residential complex in Yakkasaroy offers beautiful views of the city.
The complex comprises 296 apartments and has been constructed on a total area of 1,558 square meters.
Final finishing works have now been completed.

The Almaz Tower residential complex, located in the Yashnobod district, will accommodate 1,190 apartments.
Construction work is currently progressing at a rapid pace. The development covers a land area of 11,480 square meters. The building is scheduled for completion in 2025.

The Silver Tower residential complex, located in the Olmazor district, is designed to accommodate 2,254 families. The total project area is 11,370 square meters.
A dedicated green zone has also been thoughtfully planned for apartment owners. The usable area amounts to 88,244 square meters. The complex is scheduled for completion in 2025.

Eurojotejs for large families

In addition to multi-storey residential buildings, our company has also developed Euro-style cottages designed for large families. Located in the Yashnobod district, the project includes 12 cottages. Each unit features a three-storey residential building with 60 square meters per floor, as well as a basement area of 90 square meters. All homes have been handed over to their respective owners.

This five-storey building, located in the Youth Center area of Tansiqboyev neighborhood in the Olmazor district, is intended to serve as a community center and a hotel. The total area of the building is 400.0 square meters, while the usable area is 1,800 square meters. The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.

Its exterior design and location within a well-developed area offer convenient living opportunities for 1,960 future homeowners. The complex occupies a land area of 21,197 square meters and is scheduled for completion in 2025.

Construction started in 2024 at the Chigil Residence, located in yashnabad. This complex is also distinguished by its convenient location.
